MadeCentz is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project.

Measures we take

• Building with semantic HTML, form labels, and ARIA attributes where appropriate.
• Testing keyboard navigation so the site can be operated without a mouse.
• Providing text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images.
• Designing for sufficient color contrast, and offering a high-contrast option.
• Respecting the operating system's "reduce motion" setting, and offering a manual toggle.

Accessibility features on this site

• Light and dark themes — switch any time from the theme control in the navigation bar (or from your device's system setting).
• Accessibility toolbar — the accessibility button at the bottom-left of every page lets you increase text size, turn on high contrast, highlight links, switch to a more readable font, reduce motion, enlarge the cursor, and turn on a reading guide. Your choices are remembered on this device.
• Read aloud (text to speech) — turn it on from the accessibility toolbar to have the page read out loud using your browser's built-in voice. Select any text to hear just that part, or use the floating bar to read the whole page, pause, stop, and change the reading speed. Nothing is sent to a server — speech is generated on your device. This feature complements, and never interferes with, full screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, or VoiceOver.
• Skip to content — press Tab when a page loads to reveal a "Skip to main content" link.
• Keyboard navigation — interactive elements are reachable with Tab, activatable with Enter/Space, and dialogs close with Esc. A visible focus outline shows where you are.
• Visible focus indicators — a clear outline follows keyboard focus throughout the site.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas of the site may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and fix issues, and some third-party components (for example, payment and identity verification screens provided by our payment processor) are outside our direct control. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us — your feedback helps us prioritize fixes.
